Cycling Solutions, LLC is a family owned and operated business that was incorporated in the State of Florida in August of 2005. The founders of this company are cycling enthusiasts who dreamed about this company for years as the perfect way to mix business with pleasure.

Our Mission:  

Because cycling is our passion, it is our most sincere desire to help promote cycling by offering our customers an exciting assortment of quality bicycle gear and accessories at discounted prices. In short, we want you to bike within your means! To that end, we are prepared to issue discount coupons to cycling clubs and organizations upon request and would encourage them to participate in our affiliate program as an effective fund raising tool.  The People

Jose A. Hernandez, Founder & CEO	Jose has launched Cycling Solutions with the goal of helping promote the sport by making it more affordable and by sharing a portion of the company’s profit with other cycling organizations through its affiliate and club discount program Jose’s background Jose earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida.  After working in a clinical laboratory for many years and morphing into a Computer System Analyst, he re-discovered the joy of cycling and turned into a cycling evangelist on a mission.  Because of his passion for cycling, especially recumbent cycling, and his firm belief that information about this sport ought to be freely available to the masses, he co- founded `BentRider Online Magazine, a very popular and “free” online magazine in January of 2000, where he served initially as the web master and subsequently as a staff writer. He dedicated his personal web site, http://www.GetBent.org to promoting his favorite sport and founded the North, Central and South Florida Recumbent Riders Clubs.  Jose routinely logs 80-110 miles per week and is an active member of the cycling community in South Florida.
Susan A. Hernandez, Co-Founder & CFO	Susan was an occasional recreational rider as a child. She never suspected that she too would turn to cycling as one of the outdoor activities she enjoys the most.  Susan also happens to be Jose’s better half.  Because she firmly believes in the mission of this company, she has enthusiastically taken the job of paying all our bills and maintaining all of our records, a task which she is perfectly suited for given her outstanding analytical and mathematical skills. Susan’s background Susan also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Barry University and has, for years, worked as a Microbiologist for a large medical center in the South Florida area.  A mother of three great kids (which makes Jose a father of three great kids too), a full time professional and now in charge of bookkeeping for our company, she will most likely need help figuring out when she can take time out to ride.
Peyton Walters, Affiliated Cycling Consultant	Peyton has been and will continue to be an invaluable asset to the company. We’re grateful for his help with product selection, technical advice, and his remarkable experience in the cycling industry, but most of all, we appreciate his honesty and his unquestionable love of cycling as these qualities represent everything that this company stands for. Peyton’s background: Peyton is an aeronautical engineer by profession who turned to cycling as the one activity that filled his heart and has been involved in the bicycle industry for more than 20 years. Currently he is the sole owner and Master Bicycle Mechanic of the Bicycle Spot, a thriving South Florida Bike shop. Peyton routinely logs 80 – 100 miles per week,  runs his shop and somehow finds the time to help local cycling organizations and fellow cyclists in need. Because of this, his customers are extremely loyal to him.
Hunter, Nina, Sashi & Sonic, Therapeutic Board of Directors	Their job is to keep us cool, calm and collected.
